Hot Shots Match Play – Success
Well done to the players at the Playford City Tennis Centre. There are currently 18 teams competing in the Hot Shots Match Play.
What is Hot Shots Match Play?
Tennis matches for kids!
If your child can hit the ball and enjoys tennis, they are able to start playing in the Matches. The session is coach led, meaning it is a managed competitive environment. The Hot Shots Match Play is aimed at giving each child a taste of what playing the game of tennis is all about. Tennis Hot Shots Match Play is a whole new level of fun.
Match Play is a fun and social way for kids to get into team tennis and is played at Red Ball, Orange Ball and Green Ball level. Kids who become involved in Match Play will learn the basics of game play, as well as scoring.
Match Play teams are made up of both boys and girls with two players per team. Match Play seasons are generally aligned with the school term and run eight to ten weeks.

When is Hot Shots Match Play?
Winter Season is during terms 2 and 3 of the school year.
Time: 5pm to 6.30pm
Day: Friday
Cost: $80 for an 8 week season
Summer Season is during terms 4 and 1 of the school year.
Time: 11am to 12.30pm
Day: Saturday
Cost: $80 for an 8 week season
